The Benefits of Working With us
As a member of our team, you will be provided with full training by one of our trainers. All of our trainers follow a manual that has been tailor made in-house to ensure you receive the most up-to-date training and learn all the appropriate skills required to be a professional and highly skilled Applicator. As an Applicator at Kirby Pro-Seal, not only will you be earning a highly competitive wage, but once you’ve been fully trained you will also be enrolled on an NVQ Level 2 in ‘Joint Sealing Application’, earning yourself a highly recognised qualification in the industry while you work. You will also receive all the necessary Health and Safety training required to work on construction sites. In addition to all that, you will provided with you’re own van and fuel card to travel to sites.
Another huge benefit for working with us, is that we are always keen to reward our applicators for their hard work. In addition to your wages, we have put in place quarterly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) bonuses, which reflect your overall performance during that quarter.
Required Skills and Experience
As all of our applicators receive full in-house training, there is no need for you to have any prior experience to apply for a job. The only requirements you need to meet to join our team are as follows:
- A clean full UK Drivers Licence
- Comfortable with working at heights
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Capable of working well in a team as well as on your own
- Confident
- Good communication skills
